Chicago Engagement Session : Rachel & Bryan

Ah, another Chicago engagement session filled with the familiarity of extreme wind and some rain scattered throughout the session.  But like most of my clients, we pushed along knowing we have ample time to fill in some major blanks and hopefully grab some nice blue skies next spring / summer.

Rachel and Bryan will marry next fall at the River East Art Center and the soiree is guaranteed to be a huge bash!  I have kept in close contact with the bride and groom since they booked, and I am throughly enjoying the developing friendship!  After the engagement session shoot, we made every attempt to dry off and met my awaiting husband for dinner at Farmhouse on Chicago Avenue for dinner and drinks.

The entire afternoon and evening was such a blast, and I seriously can't wait for the next session when the weather cooperates a little more.  Maybe we will all have to do dinner again?!

Until then, Happy Chanukah to the gorgeous, adorable couple.  And I know I will see you both before the spring / summer time.

Enjoy your post.

Be well.

Kevin.

What they Said... [ 4 ]

I really like the dark black background; when I saw the preview of the gallery in the blogroll I actually thought it was a studio session; at least those photos, but when I saw it was just a dark underpass of sorts thought that was pretty cool. The yellow goes well against the dark of the balck. Nice set.

The images taken in the underpass are brilliant but I really love the shot of Rachel hanging off that door…very cool!

Howdy! Quick question that’s completely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My blog looks weird when browsing from my iphone. I’m trying to find a theme or plugin that might be
able to correct this problem. If you have any suggestions, please share.
Thank you!

While connecting your i - Phone to a Bluetooth device, you may be asked for a
pass code. The sheer volume of speculation regarding the
future of i - Phone, and in particular, the expected new model launches, need not come as a surprise to anybody.
However, availing such services can void your i -
Phone’s warranty.
